This pill cutter is a breeze to use, place the pill into the desired position and adjust pill position using the adjustable guide system dial located on the side of the device. Once in position press down to cut pill into 1/2 or 1/4 pieces. The cut pills will slide down into the built-in storage compartment near the end of the device if needed.
